Thanks to the interchangeable accessories included, the atlas 150 pasta machine can be customised to make: Lasagne (with a maximum width of 150 mm), fettuccine (6 mm), (no suggestions) (1., 5 mm), spaghetti (2 mm) and ravioli (45 mm). The structure of the machine and accessories is made of solid chrome-plated steel.

The rollers of the atlas 150 and of the spaghetti accessory are made of food-grade anodised aluminium alloy and the combs are made of polymer Resin, to ensure the absence of harmful metal powders in the dough. The ravioli accessory is made with food-grade Resin rollers and ABS structure. The atlas 150 pasta sheet thickness adjustment device features 10 different positions. The handle is easy to grip and the clamp, easy to fit, ensures perfect stability of the machine on any surface. To facilitate use, it can be equipped with the practical optional motor through the patented quick coupling. The pasta set cleaning procedures are facilitated by the presence of removable combs: you can easily remove the pasta residues with a simple brush.
