Thanks to its interchangeable accessories, the atlas 150 pasta machine can be customized to make: lasagna (max width 150mm), fettuccine (6mm), tagliolini (1.5mm) spaghetti (2mm) and raviolins (30mm) and reginette (12 mm). The structure of the machine and the accessories is made of solid chromed steel. The high 150 rollers and the spaghetti accessory are made of food-grade galvanized aluminum alloy and the combs are made of polymeric resin, to ensure that there are no metal powders harmful to health in the pasta. The reginette accessory is made with steel and resin food rollers, while the ravioli accessory has resin food rollers and an ABS structure. The atlas 150 sheet dough thickness regulator has 10 positions. The comfortable handle and the clamp, easy to fix, guarantee perfect stability of the machine on any surface. For ease of use, it can be equipped with the practical optional motor via the patented quick connection. Cleaning the multipast is simplified by the presence of removable combs: with a simple brush you can easily clean the remains of pasta.
