Antique Pettine Garganelli Gnocchi Cavatelli Maker 100% Authentic and Original. If you are into antique pasta tools this is about as good as it gets. If you know what these are then you know how difficult they can be to find in this country and how valuable they can be to the people that own them as usually they are always handed down to the next generation. These are completely authentic and original and exactly as I received them and have not been modified like the ones for sale online that are sourced from ones that are found around Italy and in my opinion are destroyed and the authenticity ruined by being cut down into short pieces and then new wood is added at the ends. These are way over 100 years old and have not been altered and are exactly as they were made and as far as I know nobody in this country sells these and I have never seen these on here for sale before. These can be used for several styles of pasta but where they really shine is in the making of a pasta shape called Garganelli and it's this shape it was originally used for and the last photo shows the ones I make. I have over 40 years of pasta making experience and will gladly share the recipe I use for this and will explain the technique that I use to make these as I've found my way of doing them is easier than what is shown in videos.
